Memory Lane Adult Day Services

NOTES:

*** Memory Lane is funded through grants, donations, participant fees and community support.

*** Services available in Superior Monday through Thursday from 9am - 2pm.
*** Services available in  Ashland on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am -2pm.

*** Transportation and Scholarship monies may be available for qualified families.

*** Volunteer opportunities are always available and highly appreciated.
